What you see here is an egg which was buried 100 days. When this is cracked open, the inside is shimmery, nearly transparent shades of green and brown. Quite a sight really, and edible, if you are the adventurous type. Who would have thought of such a thing? And why? More importantly, why not?
And that is what this blog is about..... "Why not, try something new?" I can't think of any good reason. So, today begins a journey for me as I prepare to go off to Taiwan for a year, selling my house, disposing of my belongings and setting off on an adventure. Come along if you like. We'll open the shell and see what beauty we can find inside.
